The dreaded bridesmaid diet

Well, I was totally dreading this but I have to start getting serious about my exercise plan and sticking to a nutritious diet. Jason's brother is getting married in March and I'm in the wedding. This is the bridesmaid dress. Gorgeous, huh?! Exactly. Which means that I have to look as good as that dress. The area that I need to target is my arms. They're not fat, just flabby. I have to admit that I haven't lifted weights since Bret has been born. That's my mistake. Now I have a bit of work to do in order for my arms not to flap in the wind.

How do you stay fit during winter months???

I'll let you know how I'm doing.....

just spend your workout time doing some type of cardio--fast walking, jogging, bike, etc. toning doesn't spot-reduce. if you just eat pretty good and do your cardio you'll be good to go. you naturally have a thinner build anyway--you didn't get fat in college, which must have been a miracle!!

I'm am not the best person to ask. I do my best to stay fit by watching what I eat and chasing the kids around. I do not have a formal routine, even though I am going to try to start some aerobics or going to the gym at lunch. We have an awesome facility at work.

I do cardio, cardio, cardio, mixed in with a little bit of yoga and pilates. But I'm chubby so don't take cues from me!
